		<description>Hi all, no need to wait for any carrier message. If you have an unlocked iphone with an un-official carrier, this carrier will not be able to send you any of the setting to you (tried in vane all morning). Instead, get the settings from your carrier (APN, username&amp;psswd, MMS Center-url, MMS proxy:port, MMS max size), punch them into you iphone, turn off, remove the sim card (I left mine for like 5-10 min) then replace sim, restart the phone and done and you will have the camera icon in your messaging app</description>
